Location. Soaring 43 stories above downtown Chicago, Ill., this hotel is adjacent to the Chicago River and three blocks from Lake Michigan and the Lakefront Running Path. An underground passageway connects the hotel to the urban Illinois Center and Michigan Avenue, less than four blocks away. Also four blocks from the hotel are Tribune Tower and the Wrigley Building. Within five blocks are the Chicago Loop business and theater districts.
Hotel Features. The triangular glass enclosed building was specifically designed to offer panoramic views of the Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier from every angle within the hotel. Sharing these views are several dining options, from steak, seafood and Italian specialties at The Palm to breakfast buffets at Geneva's Restaurant. The three story lobby features a lobby bar with a double sided fireplace and a caf� opening outdoors onto a veranda. A fully staffed business center offers wireless Internet access, fax machines, and printing, binding, copying, and shipping services. The 2,500 square foot health club offers locker rooms and cardiovascular equipment with complimentary use of an indoor pool, spa tub and sauna. Massages are available for a fee. The hotel's Very Important Kids club provides youngsters with scheduled activities throughout their stay.
